Probably dumb tariff question that I should know the answer to: will products from US companies built outside the US (iPhone?) go up in price for those outside the US? If everything happens outside the US, surely it wouldn’t be affected? I’m guessing it still will due to knock on effects.

This works far too well.
Over the weekend I had this thought about the “Tim Cook way” to update the studio display. My first thought was
“upgrade the web cam and now it costs $100”
Which is a little harsh as the new Macbook Air did go down in price but then I realised what it really would be.
“The new Apple studio display is thinner, costs $100 more and has the same great webcam as the last version.”
I don’t know how probably my cynical take is, but I don’t think it’s a good sign for Apple that
- This is my take
- Others will probably agree
- Neither of these options is impossible given their past records.

Sure, the charging method of the Apple Magic Mouse isn’t great, but the worst thing is when Google Slides randomly changes with the slightest of touches.
Finished reading: An Introduction to Christian Ethics by Robin W. Lovin 📚
First required reading for my Christian ethics class. Great introduction and left me reflecting on which stance I naturally gravitate towards. I can see elements of each emphasised at different times in my life. I think now “integrity” seems to be my main mindset.
