Is anyone on MB using the base model iPad 2021? Someone at church is interested in an iPad and looking at the base on. She wants to do some Apple pencil stuff and I have no idea how it compares.

I didn’t know a Supreme Court decision could be overturned. Is it just a case of needing enough people on your side and they then say “yes, that was the decision then and it sets precedent, but they were wrong so we’re ruling this way.” Or is it a bit more complicated than that?

I’m 90% sure that our companies heavy use of chat apps instead of something like email or a task management tool (which you can log in to check rather than always getting pinged) means that most people end up spending more time responding to comments than actually working on tasks. (And I’m part of this problem).

The best example (the only one?) I can think of is Black Friday. I wondered about various international dates as well but Black Friday seems to have transcended national boundaries the best… and it’s all about shopping.

Clever but extremely dishonest marketing I found today. A competitor has made a service provider comparison site where you can submit your company. They put a big form at the top inviting you to get matched with a provider (them!). But there’s no disclosure of their bias and it was only after some internet snooping that I found it (there was something suspicious about the site).
